The role

President

I am the President of Google Developer Group on Campus at Oregon State University, elected in spring 2026. 200+ students are registered with the chapter.

The job is to bring students together to build. The chapter's own slides say what for: to build with Google technology, to learn from Google engineers, and to build projects.

This year I want projects to leave localhost: workshops on deploying with Firebase and Docker, sessions on building with Gemini, and a chapter open to every engineering major, not only computer science.
